What You'll Do:

As a Shipping Clerk, you'll play a key role in ensuring our products are assembled and shipped with precision and care.

Your responsibilities will include:

Packing and unpacking orders to meet department schedules Creating shipping documents and pulling inventory Visually inspecting incoming merchandise Assembling mechanical components using a variety of tools Labeling, boxing, and preparing products for shipment Meeting production quality and quantity standards Supporting housekeeping and safety procedures

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to use measuring tools and basic computer programs While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; and stoop Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and follow safety protocols

Preferred:

Forklift experience

Work Environment:

You'll work in both manufacturing and office environments, using tools and equipment daily. PPE and steel-toed footwear are required.

Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Why UTEX?
