Your Daily Tasks:

Coordinate end-to-end shipping process including picking, staging, and loading outbound orders Generate and maintain shipping documentation using SAP and other computerized systems Verify shipment details including order numbers, destinations, and carrier assignments Manage dock scheduling and ensure efficient flow of inbound/outbound carriers Communicate with drivers, greet arrivals, and provide accurate pickup instructions Ensure safe shipping practices including dock locks, wheel chocks, and key control procedures Maintain daily shipping reports and prepare documentation for next-day shipments Support inventory location and retrieval of materials for shipment Identify and resolve shipping discrepancies to minimize errors and prevent expedites Support SOP compliance, training, and continuous improvement within the shipping team Maintain 5S organization standards and assist with warehouse efficiency initiatives Coordinate with internal teams and external carriers to ensure smooth logistics flow "Excellent company to work for especially if you're looking for flexibility.
