AS A SHIPPING COORDINATOR YOU WILL

Coordinate the finished goods and raw material shipping operation Load raw materials, equipment, and chemicals and log all incoming equipment Create pick lists on product received Prepare consolidate packing list, assign reference numbers, and verify material Support communication of daily customer shortages to the plant, process shipments, document and release loads Support proper and accurate documentation for both northbound and southbound loads Load and unload all MRO/Raw Material, equipment and chemicals Log all incoming Raw Material and MRO Ensure the north-and-south-bound trucks and trailers logistics average pounds per load are maintained, as well as the most cost-effective quantity of trucks Support proper transactions on all incoming/outgoing product, materials and MRO Handle incoming RMAs from customers and communicate with the shipping and receiving department in Reynosa, MX Coordinate warehouse employee assignments to ensure performance objectives are met Ensure proper files are kept within corporate guidelines Process special shipments (air, ground) accordingly Other duties/projects as assigned by the warehouse supervisor.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent 3-5 years of experience and working in shipping and receiving for a manufacturing company Proficient computer skills Excellent communication skills Legal work authorization in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this role now.

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
