Job Description

Job Overview:
Arsenal Freight Carriers LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping Documentation Coordinator to support our fast-paced logistics operations. This role is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and maintaining transportation and shipping documentation to ensure accurate and timely freight movement across regional and nationwide routes. The ideal candidate thrives in a deadline-driven environment, has strong administrative and communication skills, and understands the importance of accuracy in transportation compliance and freight coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process Bills of Lading (BOL), shipping manifests, invoices, freight documentation, and delivery records Verify shipment information for accuracy and compliance with company and transportation regulations Coordinate documentation flow between dispatchers, warehouse staff, carriers, and customers Maintain digital and physical shipment records using transportation management systems Monitor shipment schedules and assist with resolving documentation discrepancies or delays Support freight tracking updates and provide status information to internal teams and clients Ensure all shipping paperwork complies with DOT, FMCSA, and customer requirements Assist with data entry, reporting, and administrative logistics support tasks
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in logistics, freight coordination, shipping administration, or transportation support preferred Familiarity with freight documents such as BOLs, rate confirmations, and shipping labels Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-moving logistics environment
Pay:
$24.40 - $29.00 per hour
