Temp-to-Hire LINK Staffing is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Clerk in Stafford, TX to support a busy manufacturing operation. This is not a standard warehouse role, you'll be moving materials between the warehouse and the production floor, checking parts with measuring tools like calipers and micrometers , and helping keep product flowing through manufacturing. If you have shipping/receiving experience and are comfortable around manufacturing and measuring tools, keep reading. Job Highlights $18.00/hour, paid weekly 1st shift, Monday-Friday Temp-to-hire — perform well, get hired on Stafford, TX Hands-on role in a manufacturing environment What You'll Do Receive, stage, and move incoming materials between the warehouse and production Check parts and materials for accuracy and condition using calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and dial gauges Prepare outgoing shipments and stage materials for production runs Record shipping, receiving, and material data accurately Flag material, quality, or workflow issues to your lead or supervisor Keep the warehouse and work area clean, organized, and safe Must Have (Required) Previous shipping and receiving experience Comfortable working in a manufacturing or industrial setting Able to lift, push, and pull 50+ lbs throughout the shift Reliable transportation and strong attendance record High school diploma or GED Nice to Have Prior experience in a machine shop, fabrication shop, or production warehouse Forklift experience Basic blueprint or work order reading Why Apply This is a steady 1st shift, temp-to-hire role in Stafford with weekly pay and a clear path to permanent placement for the right person.
