Pay:

$22 - $24 per hour Position Overview We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our warehouse operations team on 3rd shift. This role is responsible for supporting daily shipping, receiving, inventory movement, and material handling operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have prior shipping and receiving experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to safely operate warehouse equipment while maintaining productivity and accuracy. This position requires someone who is organized, safety-focused, and capable of working independently while contributing to overall team success. Key Responsibilities Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments safely and efficiently Verify incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders Prepare outbound shipments and ensure accurate labeling and documentation Operate forklifts safely to move, stage, and organize materials throughout the warehouse Maintain inventory accuracy through proper handling and storage procedures Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies when necessary Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse regulations Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, supervisors, and shipping carriers Support overall warehouse operations to ensure on-time deliveries and efficient workflow Qualifications 2-3 years of shipping and receiving experience required Certified forklift operator required Experience operating forklifts in warehouse or distribution environments Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse materials safely Basic understanding of shipping documentation and inventory procedures Reliable attendance and ability to work independently on overnight shifts Strong teamwork and communication skills Preferred Skills Warehouse operations experience Inventory control knowledge Material handling experience Shipping and receiving documentation Order staging and organization Safety compliance and warehouse best practices Benefits Competitive hourly pay Stable full-time schedule Opportunities for growth and advancement Team-oriented work environment Hands-on training and support
