Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to support warehouse operations and maintain accurate inventory across our construction projects and field operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying organized, and helping ensure materials are accurately received, tracked, and ready to support project success.

What You'll Do:

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and shipments Process outbound shipments and support daily warehouse operations Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts Organize, label, and track materials within the warehouse and yard Pull and stage materials based on work orders and project needs Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment Support material movement between warehouse, yard, and job sites Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse areas Communicate inventory shortages, discrepancies, or damaged materials

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or logistics experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organization skills Comfortable using basic computer systems and inventory tracking tools Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Valid driver's license required Forklift experience or certification is a plus Why Join Rauhorn Electric? Pay:

$24.00 - $26.00 per hour
