We're looking for a reliable, hardworking Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to join our team and become part of a strong, supportive work environment. This position combines both office and warehouse responsibilities, so we are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with shipping and receiving operations, forklift operation, and QuickBooks. This position will also involve assisting another employee with deliveries as needed, as well as helping maintain an organized and efficient warehouse. Responsibilities Process incoming and outgoing shipments Enter shipping and receiving information into QuickBooks Print delivery slips, invoices, and shipping documents Accept and inspect large freight and call deliveries Offload, move, and properly store incoming inventory Operate a forklift safely to unload and put away large orders Maintain organized warehouse and inventory areas Coordinate shipments and deliveries with staff and customers Assist with local deliveries alongside another employee when needed Help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment Qualifications Previous shipping and receiving experience preferred QuickBooks experience required Forklift experience required Ability to lift and move heavy items safely Comfortable working in both an office and warehouse setting Strong organizational and communication skills Dependable with good attention to detail Valid driver's license What We Offer Starting pay of $60,000+ based on experience Monday-Friday schedule — no weekends Full-time, year-round steady work Health insurance Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company
