Job Description:

As a Shipping, Receiving & Yard Maintenance Associate, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our dealership. This position involves loading and unloading trucks, maintaining and organizing our equipment lot, showroom, and rental units, as well as ensuring the overall maintenance and cleanliness of our store locations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and committed to maintaining high safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely unload and load trucks using forklifts and other equipment including tracked and wheeled machines. Organize and maintain the equipment lot, outdoor areas, and showroom to ensure a clean and professional environment. Tag equipment and assist with inventory management. Assemble 2-cycle equipment and ensure all items are ready for display or rental. Keep the shop clean and organized, contributing to a safe and efficient work environment. Participate in continuous education and training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements:

Forklift certification is highly desirable. Proven experience in equipment handling, warehouse, or yard management preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods. Availability to work 8-hour shifts, including weekends and some holidays. Commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
