Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Associate. The Shipping and Receiving Associate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing shipping and receiving operations. This includes ensuring accurate order fulfillment, coordinating with our Shipping Coordinator, and maintaining proper documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience in order picking, and warehouse management systems. (We manufacture and wholesale inflatable interactive games that can weigh 1,000+lbs.)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all shipping and receiving activities
• Ensure accurate order picking, packing, and labeling
• Prepare shipping documents
• Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in shipping coordination or related field preferred
• Proficient in using RF scanners for inventory management
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish!!!
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
