• C2 Management, is a family owned asset recovery & electronics recycling company located in Berryville, VA. With over 20 years of success, we manage the full lifecycle of surplus IT and specialty equipment, which includes computer electronics, medical and lab equipment and more. We are currently looking for a Shipping Specialist to assist with our daily shipping needs. Key Responsibilities /

Essential Duties:

The Shipping Specialist role involves shelving inventory and performing order picking, including picking and packing items accurately. Responsibilities include packing, labeling, and shipping orders using carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS, as well as preparing shipments, printing shipping labels, and verifying order details for accuracy. The position also requires building and wrapping pallets, including palletizing and shrink-wrapping freight, and scheduling and processing Bills of Lading (BOL) for LTL shipments. Additional duties include assisting with inventory control, maintaining warehouse organization, and providing general logistics support. The role involves loading and unloading shipments, handling materials safely, and ensuring the warehouse remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Other warehouse and shipping-related tasks may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent Warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience preferred (not required) Computer literate; experience with shipping software or warehouse systems a plus Physical stamina and mobility required (standing the majority of the day) Ability to lift up to 40 pounds Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced warehouse environment Forklift and pallet jack experience a plus Preferred Skills /
