Full Job Description Now Hiring:

Shipping Supervisor We have an opening for a Shipping Supervisor in the Bordentown area! The ideal candidates are hands-on, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing warehouse staff while meeting productivity and quality standards.

Location:

Bordentown, NJ Schedule:

Monday - Friday; 7am - 3:30pm

Responsibilites:

Supervise and coordinate daily shipping activities, including order fulfillment, packaging, and dispatch Ensure accuracy of shipments, proper documentation, and adherence to delivery schedules Monitor workflow and productivity, making adjustments to meet deadlines and volume demands Train, coach, and evaluate shipping team members to maintain high performance standards Collaborate with warehouse, inventory, and transportation teams to streamline operations Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company procedures Resolve shipping issues, delays, or discrepancies efficiently

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of prior supervisory experience Forklift certified Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to pass onboarding screenings Ready to take the next step?
