Shop Administrative Associate

Job Summary Caledonia Haulers is looking for a detail-orientated and organized Shop Administrative Associate to support our Caledonia shop operations. This role is responsible for processing invoices and warranty claims, assisting with accounting-related tasks, and providing administrative support to the service team. Duties Prepare and maintain reports for accounting or management review Process parts & service invoices accurately and efficiently Process warranty claims in a timely manner Provide administrative support to the service department Perform additional duties to support business and customer needs Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Excellent customer service and communication skills, including phone etiquette Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and accuracy Benefits Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, 401(K) with company match, Vacation, & more This position is on-site, in-person located at: 420 West Lincoln St, Caledonia, MN 55921.

Pay:

$24.37 - $58,685.86 per hour
