Shop Administrator ECU Maverick Estero, FL Job Details Full-time $20 - $25 an hour 6 hours ago Qualifications Vendor relationship building Operations management Expense management Executive administrative support Office management Office experience Full Job Description Office Administrator/Manager We are seeking a strategic and highly organized Office Administrator to lead the operational excellence of our Estero office. This key management role oversees daily business operations, supervises office staff, manages vendor relationships, coordinates logistics and inventory systems, and ensures efficient administrative processes that support our company's growth. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong business acumen, excellent organizational capabilities, and proven ability to manage multiple operational priorities in a dynamic environment. Reliable personal transportation is required. We are a drug-free workplace and maintain a professional environment committed to safety and compliance. The interview process may consist of 2 parts: an initial meeting at a coffee shop, followed by an office interview to discuss job specifics if the initial interview goes well.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and optimize daily office operations, implementing systems and processes that enhance productivity and operational efficiency Supervise office staff, providing leadership, training, and performance development to build a high-functioning team Manage vendor relationships and contracts, negotiating terms and ensuring quality service delivery Coordinate logistics operations including parts inventory management, shipping/receiving processes, quality control inspections, and supply chain oversight Administer human resources functions including employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and supporting HR compliance initiatives Oversee financial administrative tasks including payroll processing, budget tracking, bookkeeping coordination, and expense management Plan and execute company events, meetings, and activities that support team engagement and business objectives Manage executive and team calendars, coordinating schedules to maximize operational efficiency and time management Serve as the primary business communications coordinator, managing correspondence, client inquiries, and inter-departmental communications with professionalism Maintain comprehensive documentation systems, ensuring accurate record-keeping, filing protocols, and data management Prepare business documents, reports, and presentations to support management decision-making
Qualifications:
Proven experience in office administration, operations management, or similar leadership role Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent business communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to interact professionally at all organizational levels Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred Proficiency with office management software, systems, and technology Ability to lift up to 25 lbs for inventory and shipping coordination Must have reliable personal transportation Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace
