The Opportunity At The RV Shop, we believe world-class RVs deserve world-class presentation. As a Final Wash Technician & Shop Support team member, you'll play an important role in ensuring every customer's RV leaves our facility clean, presentable, and ready for pickup. This position combines final wash preparation with general shop support duties that help keep our operation running smoothly and efficiently. You'll be responsible for performing courtesy washes on customer RVs prior to pickup, maintaining clean and organized work areas, and supporting operations through parts pickups and general shop assistance. Your work directly contributes to the customer experience and helps reinforce our reputation for professionalism, quality, and hospitality. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in their work, and values being part of a team-oriented environment. What You'll Do ➢

Perform Courtesy Washes:

Wash and prepare customer RVs prior to pickup, ensuring each unit is clean, presentable, and customer-ready. ➢

Support Customer Experience:

Help create a positive final impression by maintaining high appearance and cleanliness standards. ➢

Assist Shop Operations:

Support technicians and production staff with general shop tasks as needed. ➢

Pick Up Parts and Materials:

Drive company vehicles to vendors and suppliers to retrieve parts, materials, and shop supplies. ➢

Maintain Organization:

Keep wash areas, drive lanes, staging areas, and shop spaces clean and organized. ➢

Operate Safely:

Follow all company safety procedures while handling vehicles, equipment, cleaning supplies, and driving company vehicles. ➢

Support Workflow Efficiency:

Assist with moving RVs and units around the facility when needed to help maintain production flow. ➢ Represent the
