Responsibilities:
What You'll Do Perform advanced maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems across a variety of equipment Diagnose issues using the latest tools and apply independent judgment to solve complex problems Document services accurately, keeping repair records up to date Order parts from vendors with accuracy and efficiency Deliver exceptional customer service , ensuring every piece of equipment is ready to perform safely and effectively
Qualifications:
What We're Looking For 5+ years of hands-on experience repairing and maintaining construction equipment (aerial equipment experience a plus) Strong background with engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and diagnostic reports Ownership of the tools required to perform the job Team player with excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset High school diploma (or equivalent) and a valid driver's license Ability to pass a background check, drug test, DOT physical, and MVR screening
