Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Shop Fabricator to join our team. This role is responsible for fabricating, assembling, and modifying components used in custom machinery and industrial equipment. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, experience working with metal fabrication tools, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced shop environment. Key Duties Fabricate, cut, weld, and assemble metal components using hand tools, power tools, and shop machinery Operate fabrication equipment such as saws, grinders, drill presses, welders, and presses Assist with forklift operation for material handling Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications Perform layout work, measuring, marking, and preparing materials Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization throughout the shop Support inventory management and material replenishment Assist engineers and technicians with custom builds and shop projects Occasionally assist with office tasks or errands related to shop operations Requirements Previous experience in fabrication, welding, machining, or industrial shop work preferred Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to operate hand and power tools safely Ability to read and follow fabrication drawings and instructions Welding experience (MIG/TIG/Stick) is a plus Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to learn) Ability to work well in a team environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to work in a fast‑paced setting Job Type Full-time, in-person

Pay:
