Shop Floor Operative - 2nd & Night Shift East Granby, CT $20-$22 per hour We're hiring motivated individuals to join our growing facility and help build our brand-new 2nd shift and night shift teams . Immediate start available

Shifts Available:

2nd

Shift:

3:00 PM - 11:00

PM Night Shift:

11:00 PM - 7:00 AM Training provided on day shift for approx. 2 months before moving onto your shift

What You'll Be Doing:

Learn CNC bandsaw cutting (full training provided) Handle and prepare metal materials for cutting Load/unload stock and support shop floor operations Maintain a clean and safe working environment

What We're Looking For:

Positive, can-do attitude Willingness to learn new skills Team player — happy to help where needed Able to lift up to 50 lbs Reliable and hardworking

Pay & Progression:
