$90,000•$120,000 Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Shop Foreman to lead daily operations for a fast-paced sign manufacturing facility in Landover, MD. This role will oversee a 10+ person production team and be responsible for driving productivity, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring on-time delivery across multiple projects. Responsibilities Lead and manage daily operations Coordinate workflow, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet production deadlines Supervise fabrication, assembly, and finishing of signage products Ensure quality control standards are met across all projects Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient shop environment Train, mentor, and develop shop personnel Collaborate with project managers, designers, and installation teams Review shop drawings, work orders, and production schedules Troubleshoot production challenges and resolve workflow bottlenecks Ensure proper maintenance and operation of shop equipment Manage material usage and inventory coordination

QualificationsRequired:

5+ years of manufacturing facility experience 3+ years managing a team/crew Skilled trade experience required(sign fabrication, metal fabrication, carpentry, electrical, or related trade) Experience managing production teams Strong understanding of shop operations and workflow management Ability to read drawings, work orders, and specifications Strong leadership and communication skills Hands-on leadership style

Preferred:
