Integrity Pump & Motor, a Division of Kinetiflo Group Job Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shop Mechanic to support daily operations at our Brownfield facility. This role plays a key part in the assembly, maintenance, and repair of industrial pump-related equipment, along with general shop operations. The ideal candidate is a motivated team player with strong mechanical aptitude, a solid work ethic, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced industrial environment. What You'll Do Assist in the assembly of pump components according to specifications, ensuring proper alignment and secure installation. Perform routine maintenance on pumps and equipment, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs. Support troubleshooting and repair efforts under supervision, including disassembly, part replacement, and reassembly. Provide general mechanical and operational support across the facility as needed. Help manage shop inventory, including counting parts, restocking supplies, and maintaining organized storage areas. Participate in quality control checks to ensure all pumps meet operational and safety standards prior to release. Follow all safety protocols, use required personal protective equipment and promote a safe working environment. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sweeping, tool cleaning, and proper waste disposal. Assist with additional shop duties such as loading and unloading materials and supporting team members as needed. What We're Looking For Previous experience in manufacturing, mechanical, or warehouse setting preferred. Basic mechanical knowledge and the ability to safely use hand and power tools. Familiarity with assembly processes or industrial equipment is a plus. Ability to operate a forklift safely, certification preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.Why Join Us Competitive Pay:
