As a Porter, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility. • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide valet parking services for customers
• Safely operate manual transmission vehicles
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dealership showroom, lot, and service areas
• Perform light janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
• Power washing building/cars
• Assist with customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department
• Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register
• Deliver vehicles or parts to customers as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations ```Requirements```
• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
• Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
