Stribling Equipment Shop Technician - 2+ Years Experience Preferred Stribling Equipment, one of the largest John Deere dealerships in Mississippi, West Tennessee, and Arkansas, is seeking an experienced Diesel Shop Technician to join our service team. If you have strong diesel engine diagnostic and repair experience and want to grow with an industry leader, this is your opportunity. We specialize in construction, compaction, forestry, and concrete equipment — and we're looking for technicians who take pride in precision diesel engine repair and performance. What You'll Do Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair diesel engines and related heavy equipment systems Perform complete engine overhauls and component rebuilds Conduct diagnostic inspections using electronic service tools Recondition and repair heavy equipment and major components Accurately document labor, parts, and service reports Maintain tools and shop equipment in safe working condition Qualifications 2+ years of diesel engine repair experience preferred Minimum of 1 year diesel technology education or hands-on heavy equipment experience (required) Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills in diesel systems John Deere experience is a plus High School Diploma or GED Valid driver's license with a clean MVR Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office & web-based service systems) Must provide own tools Why Join Stribling Equipment?
