This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where quality, consistency, and teamwork matter. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, eager to learn, dependable, and capable of working safely and efficiently in a production shop setting. Position Responsibilities

• Operate and assist with CNC Shears, CNC Autobrakes, Clinching machines, forklifts, and soldering equipment
• Manufacture architectural sheet metal flashings and specialty components
• Read and interpret basic measurements and production requirements
• Maintain quality standards and attention to detail
• Assist with shop organization, cleanliness, and material handling
• Perform occasional deliveries and material pickups
• Work safely and efficiently while supporting team production goals Qualifications & Requirements
• Basic mechanical skills required
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Comfortable using basic hand tools
• Ability to regularly lift 50-75 lbs
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Dependable, punctual, and consistent work ethic
• Willingness to learn manufacturing equipment and processes
• Valid Washington Driver's License required
• Clean driving record required
• Forklift experience is a plus (training available if needed)
• Manufacturing or sheet metal experience preferred but not required What We're Looking For

• Values safety, quality, and accountability Work Environment This is a full-time position in a manufacturing shop environment involving standing and moving throughout the workday, working around industrial manufacturing equipment, handling sheet metal materials and finished products, and occasional delivery or pickup responsibilities.
