Short Order Cook / Bartender

Thomas Memorial Golf Club is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and customer-focused team member to join our clubhouse staff. This position includes short order cooking, bartending, and general clubhouse responsibilities to help create a great experience for our golfers, members, and guests. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items in a timely manner Bartend and serve beverages responsibly Provide friendly and professional customer service Take food and drink orders and operate the POS system Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, bar, and clubhouse Restock inventory and assist with daily opening/closing duties Assist during tournaments, leagues, and special events Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards Qualifications Previous kitchen, restaurant, or bartending experience preferred Strong multitasking and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Positive attitude and strong work ethic TIPS certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain) What We Offer Fun and team-oriented atmosphere Competitive pay based on experience Employee golf privileges
