Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize rental properties between guest stays, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas Perform detailed floor care such as vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning to ensure pristine surfaces Handle laundry duties, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels Restock supplies like toiletries, paper products, and cleaning essentials to ensure readiness for new guests Maintain high standards of sanitation by adhering to health guidelines and safety protocols Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs or cleanliness issues Assist with basic cooking or meal prep tasks if required by guest requests or property amenities Experience Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or hotel housekeeping is highly preferred Familiarity with floor care techniques, carpet cleaning, and sanitation practices Customer service experience that demonstrates professionalism and positive communication skills Knowledge of laundry procedures and custodial responsibilities in a hospitality setting Experience with housekeeper management or supervising cleaning teams is a plus Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain consistent quality standards Previous work in short-term rental or vacation property cleaning is advantageous but not mandatory Embark on a fulfilling journey where your dedication transforms spaces into welcoming retreats!
