Position Overview We are seeking a friendly, professional, and reliable Retail Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer service, enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment, and has an interest in knives, outdoor gear, or sporting goods. This role is part-time, averaging 20 hours per week with flexibility available up to 25-30 hours per week for the right candidate. Responsibilities Greet customers, provide knowledgeable assistance, and ensure an excellent shopping experience. Maintain a thorough understanding of Microtech's products and share product knowledge with customers. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system. Assist with merchandising, restocking, and maintaining the store's cleanliness and appearance. Support store events, promotions, and product launches. Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency. Qualifications Previous retail or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work independently. Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy. Must be dependable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling.
