All products are designed and fabricated by our in-house team in Fairfield, NJ. We are opening our flagship showroom and are hiring polished, design-savvy associates to join our team. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a high-end showroom environment Educate clients on cabinetry, kitchens, closets, finishes, and design options Provide basic design guidance and help clients understand layouts and materials Capture client information and create qualified leads for the design/sales team Maintain showroom presentation, displays, samples, and organization Assist with appointments, scheduling, and showroom operations Support special events, brand collaborations, and designer visits Qualifications Experience in interior design, kitchen cabinetry, millwork, or luxury home products Strong communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and polished presentation Ability to work retail hours, including weekends Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable speaking with clients Luxury retail experience is a plus What We Offer Competitive hourly pay + incentives Training on cabinetry systems, finishes, hardware, and fabrication Opportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding brand Luxury showroom environment How to Apply Please submit your resume to:
