Mild to Wild Rafting & Jeep Tours Spend your summer working outside in the mountains while supporting unforgettable rafting trips on the beautiful San Miguel River. We are hiring reliable, safety-focused Shuttle Drivers to transport guests, guides, and rafting equipment throughout daily river operations. This is a great position for someone who enjoys driving, working with people, and being part of a fast-paced outdoor adventure environment. Position Overview Shuttle Drivers are a critical part of our river operations team. Drivers are responsible for safely transporting guests and staff between rafting trip locations while maintaining a professional, positive guest experience. Responsibilities Safely operate company shuttle vans and buses on mountain roads and highways Transport rafting guests, guides, and equipment to and from river access points Assist with loading and unloading rafting gear and boats Complete daily vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness of vehicles Communicate effectively with trip leaders and operations staff Maintain high safety standards at all times Provide friendly and professional customer service to guests from around the world Qualifications Valid driver's license with clean driving record required CDL preferred but not required for all positions Comfortable driving mountain roads and working outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift and move rafting equipment as needed Strong communication skills and dependable work ethic Must be punctual, team-oriented, and safety minded Schedule Seasonal position: Summer rafting season Full-time and part-time opportunities available Weekend and holiday availability preferred Compensation & Perks Competitive hourly pay Tips opportunities Fun and supportive team environment Opportunities for river days and outdoor adventure Employee discounts and pro deals Work in one of Colorado's most scenic river canyons Why Work With Us?
