Essential Skills & Duties:

Guest Relations Maintain a friendly, approachable presence with all guests Anticipate and address guest needs promptly and professionally Support a clean, welcoming and safety forward environment that aligns with CHM and brand expectations Operations Excellence Safely operate the hotel shuttle in accordance with all traffic laws and company safety standards Provide prompt and reliable transportation to guests based on scheduled routes or on-demand requests Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and assist with luggage as needed Communicate shuttle schedules, routes, and hotel information clearly to guests Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of the shuttle vehicle, including interior and exterior Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in safe operating condition Report any vehicle maintenance needs, accidents, or safety concerns promptly Follow all company policies related to guest service, safety, and confidentiality Coordinate with the front desk or management regarding guest transportation needs Assist with other tasks as assigned The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Valid driver's license with clean driving record required Previous driving experience in hospitality is a plus, but not required A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently Ability to stay focused and efficient in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills Ability to follow detailed instructions and standards

Physical Requirements:

Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift throughout your shift Lift/move up to 25 pounds without assistance

Work Environment:
