Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Member to join our Sign Production and Installation team. As a Sign Crew Member, you will play a vital role in creating beautiful and artistic commercial signs. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting and enjoy working as part of a team. Duties Prepare sign materials according to company standards. Maintain clean work area. Collaborate with team members to produce signs. Follow safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed. Assist professional sign installers while learning installation techniques. Requirements No experience required. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with others. Flexibility to work various shifts during business hours.
