There's nothing quite like driving around town and seeing your work proudly displayed in public spaces! 🔧 Sign Fabricator Responsibilities Fabricate signs using a variety of mediums and techniques Skilled in welding , operating shears, grinders, torches, press brakes, and drill presses as needed Read and interpret product schematics and assembly instructions Verify dimensions and product specifications Ensure compliance with quality control standards Follow assembly safety standards Complete all assigned tasks and responsibilities Work in various environments — including hot and cold weather — while wearing all required PPE ✅ Sign Fabricator Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience High school diploma or equivalent Proficient in MIG, flux core, TIG, stick, and aluminum welding Strong dexterity and organizational skills Detail-oriented with a passion for quality craftsmanship Signage industry experience is required Certified Welding Certificate is preferred but not required Must be comfortable in a manufacturing plant environment 💲 Compensation Compensation is based on experience, skill level, and certifications . 📨
