Overview:

Due to growth, Orthopedic Rehab Specialists is now hiring a Physical Therapist in Dixon, IL. Full-time is preferred, 40 hours per week are available. Part-time candidates will also be considered. Additional opportunities are available in Belvidere, Byron, Winnebago or Loves Park. The ideal candidate should be personable with good communication skills. Patient Population:

The Physical Therapist will work in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting, treating patients of all ages with a diverse general orthopedic caseload. There is also the opportunity to build and grow a caseload in your area of specialty. Bring your passion and expertise to join a winning team!

Compensation and Benefits:

The base compensation for this full-time position will start in the range $72,000 - $90,000 per year based on experience and qualifications. A bonus available based on performance. This position includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Work Schedule:

The clinic is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. There are no weekend hours and no major holidays. A flexible work schedule is available, including the option to work four 10-hour shifts or half days. In this role, you have autonomy to work the schedule that works best for you! Job Requirements:

Eligible for IL state licensure as a Physical Therapist. New grad PTs will be supported and mentored. Full-time is preferred, 40 hours per week are available. Part-time candidates will also be considered. Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
