Company Overview:

We are a locally owned sporting goods store that prides itself on providing high-quality products and personalized service. Our in-house screen printing service allows us to create custom apparel for sports teams, school, and community events. We are looking for a skilled and detail oriented textile screen printer to join our team.

Job Summary options:

• The textile screen printer is responsible for operating screen printing equipment to produce high-quality designs on a variety of textiles including t-shirts, jerseys, pants, and other sportswear. This role involves setting up screens, mixing inks and ensuring the final product meets customer requirements.
• The textile screen printer will handle all aspects of the screen printing process, from setting up screens to printing on various types of apparel.

The role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to producing high quality products that meets customer expectations.

Key responsibilities:

Screen Printing:

Operate manual and/or automatic screen printing equipment to produce custom apparel.

Screen Setup:

Coat, expose, and align screens for accurate printing.

Order Fulfillment:

Ensure all printed items match order specifications and are ready for on-time delivery to customers.

Quality control:

Inspect printed items for quality ensuring alignment, color accuracy, and overall integrity.

Maintenance:

clean and maintain printing equipment and tools to ensure longevity and consistent performance.

Inventory management: monitor and manage inventory of inks, screens, and other supplies.

Collaboration:

Work closely with other team members to ensure final product meet customer expectations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in textile screen printing is required Familiarity with screen printing techniques, tools and materials
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• A positive attitude and strong team-oriented mindset.

Job Type:

$15.00

• $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 32
• 40 per week
