About Us Are you an experienced Land Development Engineer with a passion for shaping high‑quality single‑family communities? We're looking for a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Project Manager focused on single‑family residential development. In this role, you'll take the lead on projects from early due diligence through construction close‑out, serving as a trusted advisor to residential developers and homebuilders. As a senior member of our land development practice, you'll play a key role in growing our single‑family portfolio while mentoring younger engineers and helping guide the strategic direction of our residential work. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple single‑family residential land development projects from concept, entitlement, and design through permitting and construction. Serve as the primary point of contact for developer and homebuilder clients, maintaining strong relationships and identifying new opportunities. Bring in and manage your own projects, contributing to the continued growth of our single‑family practice. Lead and coordinate project teams, including junior engineers, designers, and support staff. Collaborate with planners, surveyors, utilities, municipalities, and other stakeholders to deliver efficient, buildable residential communities. Oversee schedules, budgets, and quality control to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Ensure designs comply with local, state, and federal regulations, subdivision ordinances, and residential development standards. Expected Qualifications 8-10 years of progressive experience in land development, with a strong emphasis on single‑family residential projects. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Professional Engineer (PE) license required. Demonstrated project management experience supporting residential subdivisions, neighborhood roadways, grading, drainage, and utilities. Proven business development ability, including cultivating client relationships and generating new work. Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
