Job Description

ATI is currently seeking a Manager of SIOP to join our facility located in Cudahy, WI. A successful Manager of SIOP is responsible for overseeing the strategic planning and execution of the Sales, Inventory, and Operations cycle. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams (including Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain) to ensure effective utilization of company assets. The primary focus is on optimizing demand and supply planning, inventory management, and overall operational efficiency.
PRIMARY ACTIVITIES
Monthly SIOP Cycle Leadership:
Lead the monthly Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align sales forecasts, production plans, and inventory levels. Ensure timely execution of SIOP activities.
Demand and Supply Planning:
Develop a level-loaded 12-month Master Production Schedule. Consider market dynamics and internal factors to create accurate forecasts.
Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock levels based on demand fluctuations. Mitigate excess or obsolete inventory risks.
Risk Assessment:
Evaluate financial risks related to demand, sales, and inventory forecasts. Provide recommendations to mitigate risks and improve overall financial performance. Scenario planning to account for changes in raw material supply, production capacity, and customer demand. Basic Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field 5+ years of experience in SIOP, demand planning, and supply chain management within a manufacturing environment. Preferred 5+ years of experience in Aerospace and Defense Essential Skills Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
