Job Description
Investigator Payments - Disease Area Lead ICON plc is a world-leading healthcare intelligence and clinical research organization. As a Supervisor, Investigator Payments at ICON, you will manage and oversee the processing and tracking of investigator payments, ensuring timely and accurate payments in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
What You Will Do:
Your focus will be on coordinating pricing and investigator payments delivery, resolving issues, and developing team capability.Key responsibilities include:
Managing the end-to-end process of investigator payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual terms and regulations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve payment-related issues and ensure timely delivery of investigator payments. Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation for all investigator payments, adhering to internal and external audit requirements. Providing guidance and training to junior staff on payment processes and compliance standards. Ensuring strong communication and relationship management with investigators, sponsors, and other stakeholders to address queries and payment concerns.Your Profile:
You will have solid pricing and investigator payments experience, with the ability to manage competing priorities and develop your team.Required qualifications and experience:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field. Experience in financial operations, preferably in clinical trials or the pharmaceutical industry. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.What ICON can offer you:
