$59,000•$64,000 annually, paid biweekly. This might be the perfect role for you if… You're passionate about youth development, education, or childcare (or all of the above!) What's Club? Since 1865, Boys & Girls Clubs (aka Club) has been making positive impacts in the lives of kids and teens. Today, we're a global movement, reaching nearly 3.6 million young people in over 5,000 locations worldwide! Right here in Rochester, we're proud to have 4 amazing Club sites, offering out-of-school programs designed to meet unique educational and health needs. We currently serve about 300 children and teens (aka members) and their families, and we're excited to be welcoming a new Site Coordinator to help us expand our impact! If you're familiar with Club lingo, our Site Coordinator position would be equivalent to Unit Directors with other Clubs. What's the Role? As a Site Coordinator, you'll be the superstar leading daily operations at one of our Club sites. You'll be working with members in Kindergarten through 5th grade, with combined daily attendance of 100-125 kids, and the potential to grow to 175! You'll lead teams of Youth Development Professionals at each site to create a safe, nurturing environment and a program that's all about helping our members reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens. The Schedule Program typically runs Monday through Friday, from 2:00pm to 8:00pm during the school year, and with extended morning hours during the summer. The Site Coordinator is not expected to be at Club until 8:00pm every day. Your Mission (should you choose to accept it): Create a

Keep things positive, safe, and full of energy for both our members and staff!
Build High-Impact Programs:
Develop engaging, outcome-driven activities that help kids learn and grow. Some may call this curriculum development or program planning. Be the
Go-To Problem Solver:
Address any challenges (including behavioral) with patience and care. Lean into difficult conversations.
Manage Resources:
Ensure we're being good stewards of our space, supplies, and budget! Grow the
Team:
Recruit, train, and lead an awesome crew of staff and volunteers. Your mentorship will play a big role here.
All About Relationships:
Build strong relationships with school leaders, parents, and local organizations. You'll be a face of Club in the community. Host with the
Most:
From quarterly family engagement events to monthly staff trainings, you'll help plan and execute memorable events that bring everyone together.
What You'll Need:
You must be 21+ years old. A four-year degree or equivalent experience. Experience working with young people, parents, or community leaders. Commitment to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. A knack for managing staff and handling challenging situations with grace. Excellent communication skills•both spoken and written. Ability to stand, sit, and move around for extended periods (we're active and hands-on!). Able to lift up to 50 lbs (have we mentioned we're active?) Reliable transportation to both Club sites and a weekly trip to our main office.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Prior experience at a Boys & Girls Club (or similar organization), either as a staff member or a participant. A background in creating activities that are developmentally appropriate for kids. Budgeting experience•because every dollar is a gift we treat with care! CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications (we'll help you get these if you don't already have them). Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Salesforce, or any applicant tracking systems.
