Jobs › Salem, MA › Site Coordinator Massachusetts Employer Site Coordinator Salem, MA Apply Camp Fire North Shore is seeking an experienced, organized, and dedicated Site Coordinator to lead one of our dynamic after-school programs. This role is essential in creating a safe, structured, and inclusive environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. As a Site Coordinator, you will oversee daily program operations, support and supervise staff, and ensure high-quality programming aligned with Camp Fire North Shore?s mission. This is a full-time, year-round position with opportunities to support summer programming.
Compensation Annual Salary:
\$44,000 - \$48,000, based on experience and qualifications Schedule Full-Time \| Monday through
Friday Typical Hours:
10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Schedule may vary slightly based on program and site needs. Our Commitment to Inclusion Camp Fire North Shore is deeply committed to creating an inclusive environment for all children. \~ Support inclusion and belonging for children of all abilities \~ Implement individualized strategies and accommodations \~ Collaborate with team members, families, and specialists \~ Participate in ongoing training Key Responsibilities \~ Oversee daily program operations \~ Develop and implement activities \~ Maintain a safe, clean environment \~ Ensure compliance with regulations \~ Approve timecards and maintain documentation \~ Communicate with families and school staff \~ Supervise and support staff Qualifications Must be at least 20 years of age and meet one of the following: \~ High school diploma or GED + 1 year of professional experience with school-age children \~ Bachelor?s degree in Child Development, Education, Human Services, Recreation, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field + 6 months of professional experience with school-age children \~ Associate?s degree in any field + 9 months of professional experience with school-age children Additional Requirements \~ CPR/First Aid Certification \~ Background checks (CORI/SORI) \~ Meet EEC requirements Equal Opportunity Employer Statement Camp Fire North Shore is an equal opportunity employer committed to inclusion.
