Site Coordinator/Manager - 1 Year Data Center Project $30-$33/hr

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking experienced Site Coordinators/Site Managers for immediate hire in Sparks, Nevada! This is a long-term opportunity supporting a large-scale data center project overseeing multiple buildings with strong growth potential and consistent work. We are hiring for 2 shifts:

Day Shift:

6:30 AM•3:00

PM Second Shift:

4:00 PM•12:00

AM PAY:

$30•33/hr. (based on experience)

Monday-Friday; 40+ hours/week expected

Site Coordinator/Manager Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily field operations across a multi-building data center construction site Support site leadership with logistics, manpower tracking, and workflow coordination Maintain project documentation, reporting, and scheduling updates Assist with subcontractor coordination and communication between trades and field teams Help ensure site organization, efficiency, and smooth daily progress of construction activities

Qualifications:

Experience in construction coordination, field operations, logistics, or site management support Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage documentation, reporting, and daily jobsite coordination OSHA 30 preferred (OSHA 10 required for site access) Must be able to safely use hand/power tools and wear proper PPE Comfortable working in an active, fast-paced construction environment

Additional Requirements:

Must be authorized to work in the United States Reliable transportation required
