Job Description

Our Site Leader will oversee all our Site operations and ensure our lessons are delivered with high quality at our locations. This position reports to the Head of Operations and is responsible for training, developing, and managing the location staff while strictly maintaining good lesson and teaching quality. The Site Leader connects our operations, customer service, and site management to ensure instruction, safety, and service are consistently excellent, which helps keep customers, advance students, and uphold the brand.
Duties and Responsibilities Training & Supervision:
  • Run all in-water training and certification for staff.
  • Coach staff on the pool deck and provide real-time feedback
  • Direct daily staff performance, ensuring safety and ratio rules are followed.
  • Conduct regular staff evaluations and skill checks.
  • Partner with People & HR team and work closely and cross-functionally with other departments
  • Build a culture of safety, consistency, and excellent teaching including Product & Quality Control
  • Ensure the curriculum is being taught consistently across all classes.
  • Watch class quality by actively observing and auditing on-site
  • Confirm students are placed correctly and track their skill advancement.
  • Observe teaching errors and implement corrective coaching or retraining and set all staff up for success.
  • Plan staffing and quality control for our peak seasons and new programs.
  • Partner closely with Customer Experience teams to meet parent expectations. Customer Service & Engagement
  • Interact with the local community to answer questions, and give progress updates.
  • Quickly address community concerns about instruction or safety.
  • Ensure clear communication between management and staff.
  • Maintain brand values to ensure family confidence in quality and safety and compliance reporting. Qualifications/Requirements
  • Minimum of 5+ years of leadership experience in fitness, education, or operations background.
  • Ability to train and coach instructors in a hands-on setting.
  • Expertise in curriculum, student tracking, and safety standards.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Required certifications: LGI, CPO, CPA, Lifeguard
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and reporting skills.
  • Must be available for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
