People who thrive in fast paced environments, communicate clearly, and bring relentless focus to efficiency and execution About the role We are looking to add a Site Maintenance Crew Member to our growing Maintenance Department. As a Site Maintenance Crew Member, you will be responsible for ensuring that the facilities are well-maintained and operational. They will be required to perform a range of tasks to keep the facilities in good working condition and provide a safe, clean, and efficient environment for employees, visitors, and contractors. This on-site position will directly support our maintenance operations at our Corsicana, TX facility. What you'll be doing Ground maintenance and landscaping. Perform regular maintenance on equipment and systems within the facility, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Conduct routine inspections of the facility to identify and address any maintenance or repair needs. Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks. Assist with larger maintenance and repair projects, including renovations, upgrades, and installations. Service electrical equipment and systems, Medium Voltage and Low Voltage switchgear, motor control centers, utility panels. Maintain a clean and organized environment, including storage areas and maintenance facilities. Comply with safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and visitors. Communicate effectively with other team members, supervisors, and external contractors to coordinate maintenance and repair activities. Ensure the day-to-day operations of the facility or data centers, including custodial, engineering, site services, mining operations, electrical, and general maintenance, are implemented and conducted in a manner consistent with Riot policies and directives. What you'll have Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills. Ability to work at heights on lifts and ladders required. Detail-oriented and highly organized. Ability to work and collaborate in a team environment. Good communication and multitasking skills. High School Diploma or GED. Prior facilities maintenance experience or relevant operation experience is preferred. Commercial Plumbing Experience. Physical requirements and work environment Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods Ability to lift and move equipment as needed ( specify weight) Ability to work onsite in a mining or data center environment (heat, noise, etc.) Exposure to high noise levels and varying temperatures
