Job Description

Site Maintenance Technician Come join the Tillamook Team, one of the fastest-growing dairy brands in the US, where we Play to Win to create over 200 dairy products in 7 different categories: cheese, ice cream, yogurt, sour cream, butter, cream cheese and frozen meals. What you will do:
The Maintenance Technician performs facility, equipment, and ground maintenance in support of the engineering department. Here's a day in the life: Performs the following maintenance functions but not limited to: Painting and building and/or ground maintenance. Complies with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas Able to use carpentry, plumbing, flooring, pipe insulation, and concrete work as needed Performs all other duties as assigned as needed Establish and maintain effective relationships with employees, supervisors and the general public Communicate effectively Act as a team player and be able to interact with staff at all levels of the company Work under pressure, meet deadlines, and be flexible in working on multiple projects simultaneously Demonstrate excellent time-management skills with the ability to work independently with little supervision
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
High school diploma or GED is required. 1 to 3 years related training and/or experience is preferred. An associate's degree or trade school certification is preferred.
