Site Manager

Primary Functions:

To manage a Senior Housing Facility.

This includes:

Tenant relations, paperwork compliance and oversight of building maintenance

Education:

High School Diploma required, Associate's Degree preferred

Experience:

Experience in Property Management is preferred, but not required

Requirements:

Obtain within 8 months of hire, a

COS or TCS Certification Supervisor:

Reports to the Director of Site Managers

JOB DUTIES

Principal Tasks:

1. Collect the rent from the residents at the property 2. Give feedback regarding job performance of staff working in the building 3. Complete all paperwork 4. Complete all HUD documentation required in a timely fashion 5. Provide orientation to new residents regarding the building, resident's handbook, and their new unit 6. Answer phones 7. Respond to all inquiries made by interested persons and send out applications 8. Other duties as assigned This Job Is Ideal for
