Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Site Manager to oversee the daily operations of our car wash facility. The Site Manager will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations, delivering outstanding customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance with our technician. Lead and motivate a team of car wash attendants to deliver exceptional service and achieve performance goals. Monitor and optimize operational processes to maximize efficiency, minimize downtime, and reduce costs. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards. Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to attract new customers, increase membership sales, and drive revenue growth. Foster a positive work environment and provide ongoing training and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance. Grow our membership club through selling and training

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably in the car wash, retail, or restaurant industry. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of car wash operations, equipment, and maintenance procedures is a plus.
