Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial), Supply Chain Management, or equivalent practical experience. 7 years of experience developing operational process solutions, and working with cross-functional teams to implement these changes. 7 years of experience in manufacturing operations, supply chain management, or a related technical field. 7 years of experience with directly managing contract manufacturers (CMs) or external vendors, including day-to-day operational oversight.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience with PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly). Experience with inventory or transactional management within SAP environment. Ability to influence cross-functionally with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to travel internationally when needed. Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to support client relationship management in this region. Excellent aptitude and presentation skills with the ability to operate with flexibility in a changing, constantly evolving and collaborative environment. You will lead new project initiatives for the Americas server operations logistics with a duration of three months to two years, create Business Requirements Documents (BRD), work with key stakeholders, drive innovation, understand operational impacts and create presentations/documents for the leadership team. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $136,000-$197,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Manage responsibilities for the operational results of one or more manufacturing sites for Google's technical infrastructure hardware portfolio. Manage cross-functional activities between contract manufacturers (CM) and other stakeholder and functional teams at Google, including New Product Introduction (NPI), engineering, supply chain planning, quality, and finance. Evaluate business opportunities and risks with a goal of improving key performance indicators (KPI), and enabling flexible capacity to meet customer demand. Reduce complexity and improve communications between cross-functional teams and platforms by establishing key ownership and identifying role and responsibility gaps.
