Description Site Operations Manager - Hawaii Join Our Dynamic Team at Hana! Hana Enterprises (Hana) is a trusted professional services company serving federal and military clients nationwide. We're looking for a Site Operations Manager to lead on of our contract operations in Honolulu, Hawaii. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced manager to lead and grow our facility warehouse/ furniture logistics and moving contracts. The successful candidate will ensure the contract meets profitability expectations and plays a crucial role in maintaining efficient scheduling, personnel qualifications, payroll, training, recruiting, and overall compliance with contractual and legal obligations. This position demands strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders. Oversee Project Operations Ensure all contract performance requirements are met on time and on budget at all sites. Build strong partnerships with the client representatives Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and company policies. Manage People & Schedules Handle shift changes, call-offs, and emergency backfills as needed Support fair time-off and maintain full staffing levels Oversee accurate payroll and timekeeping Complete reports, maintain training files, and support compliance documentation Perform other duties as needed to support a secure and efficient operation. Ensure Quality & Compliance Enforce company policies, including attendance and conduct standards Partner with HR on performance issues and progressive discipline Recognize great performance through awards and incentives. Drive Training & Safety Coordinate training and certifications for all personnel Ensure proper safety procedures are followed Support the Safety Officer with quality control and workplace inspections. Recruit & Support New Talent Partner with recruiters to hire and onboard qualified staff Assist with interviews, background checks, and training coordination Requirements Job Requirements Education Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Security Management, Project Management) Experience Minimum of 3 years management experience with oversight of a variety of operations - warehouse, janitorial, administrative, security-with a contract of similar size and scope Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team. Ethical and professional conduct, ensuring a high level of integrity. Ability to coordinate and collaborate with various departments Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships. Flexibility and adaptability to changing project requirements Contract Qualifications Ability to meet all contract requirements Obtain favorable employment verification through the E-Verify System Possess a current State issued Driver's License or State ID and reliable transportation Obtain and maintain a background clearance and base access
Compensation:
