Overview:

1-800-GOT-JUNK? is hiring a Site Sales & Laborer to join our team! This is a physically active, customer-facing role where you'll provide on-site estimates, close sales, and remove unwanted items for our customers.

Responsibilities:

Provide on-site pricing and confidently close sales Load, lift, and remove items from homes and businesses Deliver exceptional customer service on every job Work efficiently with a team to complete daily routes Keep trucks clean and organized

Requirements:

Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly Strong communication and customer service skills Sales-driven mindset (commission/bonus opportunities) Valid driver's license 21 Years and older Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
