Job Description

Job Title:
 Site Security, Audit and Quality Analyst Primary objective of the job: This role is responsible for executing comprehensive audits and security assessments of site assets to ensure compliance and operational efficiency, minimizing risks and maintaining uninterrupted network performance.
Main Duties and responsibilities:
Perform planned and unplanned physical inspections/audits of cell sites to assess site conditions, equipment status and security vulnerabilities. Identify and document potential risks including unauthorized access, environmental hazards and equipment tampering. Prepare detailed audit reports and security assessments providing recommendations for remediation and enhancements. Execute the collection of fuel at all depot locations along with scheduled/unscheduled depot audits to ensure compliance with agreed standards. Backup power/generator audits to ascertain health of site asset. Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, initiating appropriate action and reporting as necessary. Assist in developing and updating security protocols, emergency response plans, and best practices for site asset protection Academic qualifications and experience required for job: Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Security Management or similar field Strong analytical skills An agile approach to problem-solving A minimum of 2 -3 years' experience in a telecommunications networking environment

Strong analytical skills Highly motivated individual with good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work outside of set working hours depending on network demands Willingness and ability to travel (intra-island) frequently and work in various environmental conditions Proficiency in performing site Audit and Quality checks
