" We are a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to developing interventions that enable individuals to avoid unnecessary levels of incarceration, enhance community safety and provide a setting that facilitates treatment and the reduction of recidivism. We operate residential and other correctional programs throughout Wisconsin that provide case management, counseling and treatment groups, vocational training and high-risk client monitoring and supervision. About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and organized Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at a residential treatment facility. In this role, you'll work closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team to support client success, maintain a safe and compliant environment, and ensure smooth facility operations. This is a hands-on leadership position ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, mission-driven environment and is passionate about supporting individuals in the criminal justice system. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day facility operations, ensuring a safe, secure, and supportive environment Supervise staff scheduling to maintain 24/7 coverage while minimizing overtime Monitor client activity, behavior, and compliance with program expectations Collaborate with treatment team members to support client progress and interventions Ensure accurate documentation and recordkeeping in required systems Maintain facility compliance with state, local, and federal regulations Coordinate facility maintenance, supplies, and operational needs Provide leadership, coaching, and support to staff under the guidance of the Area Supervisor Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Associate degree or equivalent experience in human services or a related field At least 1 year of experience working in a residential, correctional, or similar setting Experience supporting or supervising staff in a program environment Valid driver's license, good driving record, and proof of insurance Preferred Qualifications Experience in a residential treatment center or halfway house Training in Motivational Interviewing or similar approaches Knowledge of the criminal justice system and case management practices Familiarity with trauma-informed care and strength-based approaches Key Skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to make sound decisions in dynamic situations Commitment to confidentiality and professional ethics Ability to work independently with limited on-site supervision Work Schedule & Environment Full-time position Includes weekday, weekend, holiday, and on-call responsibilities Primarily on-site in a residential facility setting Benefits We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Company-paid life insurance Paid holidays, vacation, and sick time Retirement benefits (403(b) and pension options) Additional voluntary benefits (accident, critical illness, pet insurance, and more) Equal Opportunity Employer/Affirmative Action ATTIC Correctional Services, Inc. is in compliance with applicable state and federal statutes and regulations relating to nondiscrimination in employment and service delivery.
