A-1 Little John Site Services, a trusted name in environmental and site services for over 25 years, is seeking a dependable Site Services Tech & Route Driver for our Denison location. This role is essential in delivering best-in-class customer service, keeping job sites safe, clean, and operational by servicing portable restrooms and related site equipment. Our drivers are the face of the company, representing A-1 Little John's commitment to reliability, safety, and customer care. Responsibilities Safely operate a non-CDL service truck to deliver, service, and pick up portable restrooms, handwash stations, and related equipment. Pump, clean, and sanitize portable restrooms according to company and environmental standards. Inspect, restock supplies, and maintain equipment to ensure readiness for customer use. Follow assigned service routes and schedules, documenting all completed services via company systems. Communicate with dispatch and branch management to address service updates, route adjustments, or customer needs. Maintain a clean truck, tools, and uniform to reflect company standards. Adhere to all DOT, safety, and environmental regulations. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to operate and back a service truck safely (non-CDL). Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety. Positive customer service attitude and professional communication skills. Prior route or service driving experience preferred. Work Experience At least 2 years driving commercial trucks. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to operate and back a service truck safely (non-CDL). Physical Demands & Work Environment Ability to work in the field 5:30 AM - 5:00 PM. May be asked to work extended or weekend hours Ability to drive commercial vehicles for extended periods of time , including route-based driving to multiple job sites daily Ability to enter and exit the vehicle frequently throughout the workday Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds or more Ability to maneuver heavy equipment using proper lifting techniques and mechanical aids when available Ability to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, crouch, and reach frequently while servicing equipment and setting up or removing site services Physical ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions. Ability to climb in and out of truck cabs, tanks, and service areas , including steps and ladders Ability to use hands and arms repetitively to connect hoses, operate valves, secure loads, and use tools and controls Ability to see and hear adequately to operate vehicles safely, monitor equipment, and observe job site conditions Ability to communicate verbally with dispatch, supervisors, and customers in person and by phone, including in noisy environments Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, safety glasses, hard hats, reflective vests, respirators (if required), and steel-toe footwear Ability to maintain balance and coordination while handling equipment on uneven or slippery surfaces Ability to respond quickly to changing site conditions or emergency situations , including physical intervention when required Education High School Diploma or GED
